Beth MacLeod founded the Donovan Family Foundation to honor the legacy of her beloved siblings, David and Julia Donovan. Inspired by their selflessness and compassion, Beth is committed to continuing their mission of uplifting others through mind, body, and spirit balance. A former high school biology teacher, Beth transitioned into a new career path by co-founding a medical cannabis dispensary, Four Green Fields, in Dublin, Maryland, alongside her sister Julia. Beth currently resides in Chestertown, Maryland, with her husband Chip and their dog Murphy. She is also a proud mother of four adult children, Thomas, John, Maureen, and Colleen.

Maureen co-founded the Donovan Family Foundation with her mother, Beth, envisioning a world individuals feel uplifted and empowered. As a registered nurse and soon-to-be family nurse practitioner, Maureen focuses on holistic and preventative practices, including meditation, reiki, plant-based nutrition, and human design. She aims to bridge the gap between Western and Eastern medicine, helping patients achieve mind, body, and spirit balance and optimization. Maureen currently resides in Florida and enjoys crossfit, traveling, and the beach.
